- BOOKING AND PAYMENT
2.1 Reservation Process: The journey begins with your reservation. Please provide accurate information during the booking process to ensure a seamless experience. Once you've completed the reservation, a confirmation email will be winging its way to your inbox.
2.2 Payment: We appreciate punctuality, especially when it comes to payments. For your convenience and security, we accept major credit cards. Your credit card details will be handled with the utmost care and will appear on your statement as Silkroad.dgesign.group.
2.3 Cancellation and Refund: Life happens, and plans change. Check out our cancellation policy in the room’s description part on the website for details on modifying or canceling your reservation. We promise it's not as complicated as it sounds.
- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
3.1 Check-in: The anticipation is real! Check-in time is 14:00. If you're an early bird, don't worry; early check-in may be available upon request, depending on our room availability.
3.2 Check-out: All good things must come to an end, including your stay with us. Check-out time is 12:00. Feeling like extending your visit? Late check-out may be an option, subject to availability and a possible extra charge.
- GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Identification: It's like a VIP pass, but for check-in. Please present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking at check-in.
4.2 Damage and Loss: We trust you'll treat our hotel like your home, but just in case, guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Additional charges may apply.
4.3 Behavior: We're all about good vibes. Please be respectful and responsible. If you find yourself on the wrong side of the good vibes, eviction without a refund might be in your future.
4.4 Other little but important details about your stay’s rules:
- Smokingis not permitted anywhere within the hotel. You can smoke in the balconies or in the garden. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in the room will be subject to a fine of 50,000 AMD.
- The rooms are for registered guests only.
- Guests should leave the room key at the reception before leaving the hotel.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Forgotten items in the hotel after check-out will be kept for 90 days.
- The hotel provides daily cleaning service which is done from 11:00 to 15:00 if the guest is not in the room. Some items may by slightly moved during cleaning. The guests may use the “DON’T DISTURB” sign if they don’t wish to have the room cleaned.
- The receptionist will assist you during the check-out time to make sure all is well and nothing is left behind.
- Complimentary water is provided the first day, tea, coffee and sugar are provided every day.
